В результате, Пятерочка, скорее всего, лишится большей части своих торговых точек в Волгограде. Конечно, принадлежат они не самой сети магазинов пятерочка, а ее франчайзи, но само по себе сокращение масштабов бизнеса компании, а также скандал, на фоне которого оно будет происходить, вряд ли положительно отразятся на восприятии ценных бумаг ритейлера западными инвесторами. Стоит вспомнить, как они начали сбрасывать приобретенные во время IPO акции, когда сеть Пятерочка скорректировала прогноз своих финансовых показателей на 2005 год.
Конечно, по слухам, сейчас представители «Альфа-груп» ведут активные переговоры с представителями правоохранительных органов, а также администрации Волгоградской области по поводу сохранения своих торговых точек в столице этого региона. По сути, они готовы выкупить все легитимно открытые магазины пятерочка. Однако, вряд ли это поможет торговой сети магазинов пятерочка - скорее всего, за эмитентом окончательно закрепится «мусорная» репутация.
Самое интересное, что пострадает от этого, прежде всего, «Копейка», которой теперь значительно сложнее будет убедить инвесторов в своей привлекательности, разместившись с запланированными ранее рекордными коэффициентами.
